Google Hom Hub- Worth it?





Hey guys,
So today we shall be discussing the Google Home Hub, of course, made by none other than Google.


‣What it does-
»This device has been embedded with Google Assistant, the virtual voice assistant made by Google to help us in daily tasks like shutting the lights, putting them on and other daily needs. It also shows you the view of your doorbell camera, if you use Nest or Ring.


‣How it helps-
»Using virtual assistants, not just the Google Assistant but also Alexa and Chris are helpful because useless tasks like shutting the lights or checking what the time is can now be done through a voice command gives you more time to be more productive and not waste your time on these tasks.

‣How its better than others-
»If you're a frequent user of Amazon Prime services or Hulu, then sure, get the Amazon Echo Show, because with that you can access all of those services, and if you REALLY want to use YouTube, then you can do so by using the in-built web browser, but the downside with that is that the interface of YouTube isn't amazing, to say the least. Google Home Hub has an in-built YouTube app, with Music too! Surprisingly, it doesn't run on Chrome OS, but another operating system designed by Google. Also, if you ask Google Assistant what the time is in UK, it will reply with the time in UK, and if you ask her later, 'What is the temperature there?', it will reply with the temperature of UK. Other virtual assistants do not have this capability.


‣Can it be used in the kitchen-
»Yes, of course this device can be used in the kitchen! The screen and the capability of connecting to your doorbell camera is quite amazing. You can ask Google Assistant for recipes and other stuff too!


‣Is it worth it-
»I would say that the Google Home Hub is DEFINITELY worth it, because of the super clean interface, lots of diverse options, and also the major reason that it is not as hackable as the Amazon Echo Show. Especially for the kitchen, I will definitely recommend this device over the Amazon Echo Show.
